2. Lie on the floor with your knees together and bent, feet parallel together, and tucked under your buttocks. Relax your arms at your sides. Slowly rotate your knees from left to right, touching the floor on each side. Repeat ten times to each side.
3. Sit with your ankles crossed, hands resting at your sides on the floor. Lean your body as far right as possible. At the same time, slide the right arm away from the body as the left arm arches overhead with the palm facing up. Repeat the stretch to the left. Repeat ten times to each side.
Hips and Buttocks
1. Lie on your right side. Lean on your right elbow. Bend the left leg, drawing the knee close to your chest. Thrust the upper leg back until it is straight. Resume original position and repeat five times. Roll over and repeat on other side. Repeat two times on each side.
